Contact local congress, and submit inquiry. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"

any updates on your I-212 waiver being approved?
Daniel CavoloJun 1, 2024
I’m going to be allow to make an inquiry this June 3rd which my lawyer will do it in my behalf, also my parole took longer then normal processing time. I did the inquiry and it took 30 days to answer and update my case only to state that they are overwhelmed with work load. and I have to be patient and also that they are working diligently so hoping to get this thing done in the next 3-4 months.
my i130 was taking longer than expected for 2 weeks and the added 2 more months by now I’m 4 weeks ahead for them to adjudicate a final decision on my I130
I’m praying to god for no more delays or surprises at this point.
what about your time line ?
