I called USCIS yesterday to ask them because I saw people saying if it is denied the case will be send to rock bottom or have problem doing the interview,the USCIS official told me that not true.I only know about expedite EAD with he told me der is no bad effect.

USCIS official said Expedite request will only make an officer bring up your case on his system go tru it and see if your reason for expediting is genuine.He said if it is denied the case will just be back to the normal process time.. That if because someone expedite der case and it get denied so USCIS send the case to rock bottom or because a case is expedite green card will be denied he said that not true and if that happened USCIS can be sue and dey avoid that.. NVC does not make the decision of approving or denying your expedite request it is actually the US embassy that makes that decision. if you submit all medical documents to the email address for expedite request they forward that to US Embassy and they make the decision to approve or deny.

@2019 I called and made a request the day before yesterday and yesterday they emailed me where to mail the documents and I mailed it out yesterday evening.

Hi everyone, my husband was my beneficiary, he is da Died, my process is ready for interview but it's stak at NVC for 8 months we have 2 years daughter us citizen, she is with me now, my husband leave for us life insurance benefits but to access the money we need social security number, right now we have finical problem, it's been a month since I send excited request for NVC and am still waiting for response. Do you think I get positive response from them? Or what shall I do please help me and my two years daughter. Thanks
