what happens after
ive been waiting for an answer to my i130 for two years. afte that id have to file for the i604A. but my husband got laid off and has had a hard time finding a job and unemployment isnt covering all the bills. i know i would “abandon” my application but can i do anything about the ban ? so the wait isnt that long before i can file again

@A C You are really in a tough situation with your husband losing his job. Just curious how do you know that you need a i601a waiver if you have not gotten past the first hurdle of an approved i130?

after id get approved id have to file for that bc of my unlawful presence, ive been here since i was 8 , im currently 25. If i leave to juarez, i wont be able to come back even if i was approved then
