what happened after i130 get approved? and how long take 485
hello, y’all I have questions I know my case takes longer than we expected, what happened after I130 got approval? do you need to apply for form I485? or you can just apply for a green card since you are already living in the USA? how long does 485 usually take? 😭😪😪😪 still waiting we're tired of it. anybody since Mars 2023?

if you have legal entries to the US you can apply for i-485 of not you have to do the consular process,
