your case in NVC now?

it’s in the process of getting a decision.

They USCIS denied this case due to abandoned.I start another petition and they received on Dec 2023 now the case status saying under review.

nothing but wait…if you’re in the US, you can submit a 485 to get combos or you have to wait until the visa is available

you have to wait when the new I-130 is approved and your date December 2023 will become available. why did you abandon your first I-130?

@Zoe Queen you can’t submit any combos for F2B. this category requires I-130 approval first and then if it is approved and your date is current and you are in US, you can submit I-485.

@Za daughter S The USCIS said they sent me RFE letter.But the letter didn't say what kind of RFE they are loking for.Then I sent them the inquiry and sent me the same letter that didn't say what kind RFE they want. They denied my case due too abandoned. My lawyer tried but it was unsuccessful.
