what does it mean when the USCIS agent tells me that my case is ready for adjudication and I should expect an answer in 30 days ?
I know this is self-explanatory but you can never trust USCIS. basically I went to the Emma live chat and I talked to an agent about an update on my i-765 c8 category renewal. I had to finesse my way into getting an answer because the last agent I talked to was unhelpful so I asked her if my old biometrics we're reused ( which of course they were duh) and if there's anything missing from me to renew my stuff, I also told her that I haven't received an update since March which is when I filed the renewal so that's why I was a little concerned.

so it’s all interesting to me as well. I asked Emma yesterday about status of my case and she said that “system show a can expect a decision on my case in 10 days”. I have no idea if I can trust this or not.

did you talk to an actual agent or just with Emma ?

I got a hold of an agent through Emma chat.

it could be more than the time they tell you but at least it means your case is moving forward
Starsky SNov 9, 2021
