When your case was sent to department of state and after how many days, you received your welcome letter/email?

D H after approval it was send within like a week.

It has been 2 weeks now, when USCIS transferred my case to Department of State but until now I didn’t receieve anything from NVC.
NVC responded me that they have not received my petition until now.
I don’t know whats going on
