what does it mean?
so I have been online with an agent through Emma , asking about my case , she said the following :
your case is currently processing with the Salt Lake Field Office . the case shows interview was waived on 09/28/2022. This means an interview will not be required for the case to be adjudicated. Also, the case is under review at this time and the case shows last reviewed on 10/25/2022
what does this actually mean???? please advise

I know you post always seeking answers but with USCIS none of us have the right answers. We can only wait, pray and hope. Chatting them always won’t speedy things up neither posting always.
We are all in the same boat so patiently wait for either an RFE, approval or interview notice.

Well seems like they will send tour card without an unterview!!
I am in Utah too… started my adjust of status October 2021. When did you start? congratulations!

@ Marta my AOS is also October 21 . I am doubting what the agent said to me is true because when I asked on Friday they told me my case is at NBC and not the FO . I'm so frustrated with this shit. they agents can't even give you a truthful answer.
Dreamer boyNov 7, 2022
same, and I would believe the agent that told you it’s at field office because the agent who told you it’s still at nbc, didn’t bother to look at the notes in your case.

@Dreamer boy thank you so much , the agent who did it was at the Field Office actually gave the name of the field office and the date my interview was waived and when my case was last reviewed, she seemed to know more than the other officer.

definitely, some of the agents are rude and lazy, I called them this morning and she didn’t even bother to look at any notes and when I said that I called few days ago and I got different information then she looked into the notes and gave me somewhat information that I was seeking. which field office your case got transferred to?

@Dreamer boy, they are very rude , some just hang up or disconnect chat when you're trying to get an answer. my Field office is Salt Lake City

that’s good news!! what did you ask the agent? they usually copy paste their answer for me😢😢
jet blueNov 8, 2022
@Marta same here, they use a copy and paste for everyone, I think I got someone who did her job property, I think her name was Jessica. she told me the actual field office name and she gave me the date they waived my interview. she also said my case was under review as you can see from my post. I have asked again since then and they told me it was still at NBC. another agent told my husband because our i-130 was in Texas and then moved to NBC and we kept getting told it was at Texas until finally the agent said that's because Texas was pre-prosessing and that's we where getting 2 answers, but it also shows the agents don't bother checking properly.
