if it's your first interview you'll be given 4-6weeks notice but if it's a stokes interview you'll be given 7days notice

its the first interview. and its for the i - 475 not the i-130 even. is it still thesame wait period of time? @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 @D D

@Pauline mwaura if you're having a STOKES interview which is the 2nd interview if your first one didn't go well you're only given a week notice to appear with your spouse for the i130/i485

@Blandine T 🇸🇪 yes it's same wait time and the interview is one and same for both i130/i485 if you're doing adjustment of status
