what does it mean , when a live agent put in a service request
Hi everyone, I recently just chat with a live agent in ask Emma and they put in a service request and has anyone experienced the same thing

SR is just for them to call you later on to follow up with your inquiry

if you make an inquiry then a service request is filed to show 1. you made an inquiry to your case. 2. your case went past an expected time/date. nothing to worry about shows someone has to work/look in on your case, that's a positive move.

i experienced the same thing last week. a service request was put in by a live agent for me. i don’t know what’s next. fingers crossed, my faith is in God

next you wait and they respond to you, normally with a generic response. but l pray that it's something better for you all
