me too! I don’t know what has happened to the cases that were filed in august!! a lot of cases before and after has been approved! @Romer B when did you file your I-140?

how do you know what’s your priority date? The day of the biometrics or when the i-140 was approved?

I am the same as M A. my Priority date is Feb 2024, but my I-140 is still being processed (not yet approved).

I got my tracking ID in july 2024 but I am still waiting for the 140 response. Maybe next month will be a game changer
