I definitely understand your frustration only option is to wait at this point , I’m going through the same thing and I also filed in august 2021 . Got my work permit March 2022 and never got back an update until March 1st of this year where both my i130 and I 485 cases changed to actively reviewing , one month after ( April ) they sent me RFE which was my medical and I sent it in and they updated my case as received it on may 15th and since then I haven’t heard anything , I sent in a inquiry yesterday because from my online uscis account it stated that my case is well over processing time so I should send in a service request which I did , at this point your only option is to keep waiting and having faith that you’ll get approved very soon , I’m doing the same 🤞🏾. I’m at 704 days now

@jet blue let your spouse request an expedite process to the form I-130 at this point u have to work on I-130 approval then you can move forward with I-485 you won’t loose anything by trying.. give it a chance and it might work the reason should be humanitarian reasons and financial hardship even if you have ur EAD card just try .. keep pushing don’t give up lawyers only care for $$$ they won’t do anything for free so you don’t need a lawyer call everyday , ask for tier 2 officer call , chat with Emma agent , ask your congressman to involve one more time, request a White House inquiry and write an expedite request letter to your FO for your I-485 but you have to stay strong it might not work but keep trying at least these things will have them look into your case .. please don’t give up I understand you I was on the same situation and by doing all the above one , two , three … etc times I finally got my approval

welp, atleast I’m not the only one waiting from Oct. 2021 every month I send in a new service request, congress man only helped with case status and all I have been hearing so far is WAIT 😂 I just gave up and started listening to Tems and Future “WAIT FOR U” Stay strong and let’s enjoy this wait shi tiring 🤦🏽‍♂️

Not sure what a lawyer can do at this point unless you're going to sue USCIS. You have already done all that could be done; service request, congressman etc. I guess you just have to hold on
