What after i130 approved ?
My i130 got approved 2 days ago. What are the process to follow after the approval? Can someone explain?

I130 Cr1 ( US Citizen Spouse)
Pd - dec 09,2021
1st Ar - March 05, 2022
2nd AR- Oct 05, 2022
Approval - Oct 06, 2022
Service Center - Texas Service Center, No k3 filed, no expedite.

please i have a question. Does your i130 needs to be approved before your i485 is approved?

if you are in USA you need to file adjustments status i485 form
if you are outside of USA you need to wait USCIS transfer your case to NVC
when NVC receive it they will send you a letter to continue the process
