Why don’t you ask for a service request for your case…is more than a year

I am in the same office!! They just cancelled my interview for July 12. Very frustrating indeed, and no answers from USCIS main number either. we are waiting since 10/12/21.

btw what was your RFE for ?

New medical exam for Covid vaccine. My other one had expired.

I’m sorry they canceled on you. Did they give you a reason why. I believe they don’t have enough officers in that field office. But that could also mean they might approve you without having to do an interview.

When they called they said there was a scheduling issue. And I doubt we will get approved without interview. When I called the woman said we are in the queue to be scheduled. It just really sucks. You get all excited about being able to finally move forward only to have that snatched away in the blink of an eye. Who knows. I thought having an attorney would help expedite things, but apparently not. :(

I’m having the same issue as well. I also hired an attorney and basically she was a waste of money. They just take your money.😞Hopefully we both will hear good news soon.

2020 in Nebraska on June 7 they sent me that my case was transferred to my local office in Miami without approval they in October 2020 asked for evidence of fast delivery and on December 18 they received it and since then I have not heard more about the case, however I know that is at my local office with no response just that I was going to get an update and there is even

wish you all the best, the attorney's and their paralegals only care about the money. If you not smart, they mess things up for you
