went to the interview for I-485 but uscis said it has been rescheduled.
I have an interview on august 26,2021 for my I-485, but when I presented at the interview and waited for more than 40 minutes. And I ask the front desk for help, one of the officer came out and said my interview has been rescheduled for another date, but I have not received any notice since the last update on the app and notice I received for this interview.
the officer said I just need to go home and wait for the new date. I am so panic! what should I do? Anybody experienced the same situation?

you should be good your interview notice that you have should have been stamp with the arrival day, that’s your proof and they will send you another interview day on mail. just chill and relax. nothing to worry about. very common to see the interview cancel without notifying, but you did the best practice to be physical at the facility and confirmed it from them.

at the checking point , into the building they did not stamp your receipt, I believe every office different, but as I said you all good.

you never know sometime they can waive too , not appointment needed and you have your gc sent to you. all you do is don’t over stress and stay focus.

mine was rescheduled too. it’s for over a month from when the first interview was scheduled. it’s so frustrating.

the day before my interview I got a call telling me they where canceling my appointment and they where gonna rescheduled when possible

yes it showing on the app request to reschedule your interview was received but it's been 4month nothing yet I crying every single day 😢 it's in new york
