Each embassy is different at this point in the process. You should ask specifically to those who have processed through the same embassy as you. I know some embassies allow it and some block access to their calendars until they are ready to open interview dates.
I always suggest finding a group specific to the beneficiary's country. They normally have numerous people who have recently gone through the process and they have the most up to date information.
