@Komal 123 once they process your payment and it goes through, you will be able to fill it out and submit stuff. usually takes 2-3 days for them to process it

Yes. Last Saturday, we paid 445 dollars and 4 days later, today, the system was opened for the DS-260 form. We will fill out and send the DS-260 form@Komal 123

@Komal 123 I think if that’s why they ask for 3 years. because if he didn’t make enough last year, but did in previous years, he should be ok. but I needed a sponsor so I’m not entirely sure.
