WE MADE IT!
Sharing our consular processing timeline below.
Yesterday was my interview at the US Consulte in Frankfurt Germany. I couldn’t find a lot of experiences on here from Germans before so I thought I’d share our timeline here for reference :) The interview was a very good and easy experience, they did not give me a hard time at all and were very friendly!! We’ve been married for over two years at this point, so they also didn’t question our marriage at all. Everything got approved right away and I’ll be able to move within a week.

@Kat B from DQ it took about 2,5 weeks until we got our interview letter for an interview scheduled two months later

@Laura R we won’t. God will do it for us too like yours. Nigeria has many backlogs, they just got to May/June 2022 last year for those who DQ. Those people received IL.
So, I’m keeping mute till next June/July. Cos mine Documents was submitted this week.
But their law may changed on backlogs. Anything is welcome. And am happy my status will change from CR1 by Nov to IR1. So 10years green card is worth waiting for.

@André P, how was your Interview? I have mine on May 6. I would like to know how long after i have to wait fro my Visa to be ready to pick up at the lockbox. Do you know that?

@Laura R may I ask how long your interview appointment was? and may I also ask how long you and your husband been married and together? I’m just curious cause I have my interview appointment soon and I’m kinda nervous. I’ve been together with my husband for almost 9 years and 3 of them married with him.
