it’s possible that today you get your approval. are both the 130 and 485 on active review? I imagine you already checked your documents tabs? for me I got an action email on Sept 9, and status was active review. on Sept 10 in the morning nothing has changed but I asked Emma what the action was and she told me approved. then later that afternoon I got more emails and my case status changed to approved. eventually an approval document showed up about an hour later. wishing you the best!!! @Magic Magic

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 yeah they are both activiling review ,but the last review for l-130 was the same day of the interview September 10 ,the same date they review the l-485 ,but the is something wierd ,the date of review September 10 disappeared from l-485 ,it is just show that today 12 they review it ,why the another day of review disappeared form the history ? also they just send me one message of they are taking action ,l think that action is based on my l-485 form ,l guess .

I have 2 separate case updates that show active review on September 9th. also my progress still shows on step 3 and 2 weeks until decision. stay hopeful… keep checking the documents tab. or you could ask Emma what’s going on… Emma was able to tell me my status like 5 hours before the status updated.

all you can do is wait. if this marriage isn’t going to last then they may not let you adjust your status with it. if you get the conditional you’ll need a lawyer to get the conditions removed in a few years. be nice to your wife for a little bit :) @Magic Magic

Don’t worry, brother we are the same position. I had my interview on July 9, 2024 after interview, immigration official didn’t tell me anything and they didn’t give me any paper on July 10, I got email from USCIS. We have taken action on your case when I login my account my cash is being review two months I waited after two months I inquiry about my case they send me email your case is under active review by an immigration official total 65 days I didn’t get anything
