So I got an email and text message by USCIS saying “We have taken an action on your case. Sign in to your account to view your case status.”
But I have not seen anything new even under the documents, what could it be?

I contacted an agent and they said my case was transferred to San Diego which is not my actual state, I submitted everything to NBC. Why did it get transferred to San Diego?

talk to Emma on Uscis web side and ask which one was the latest update on the case.

talked to another agent that said:
(SND) SAN DIEGO FIELD OFFICE Current Location Case is marked as Interview Waived (Case's current location) This is the case's current location Your case is processing normally.
