we have taken an action on your case but no change for 2 weeks
I’ve received this email but nothing changed or showed under documents section. I called uscis after almost two weeks and they told me case was touched by officer almost two weeks ago and few days later again but nothing changed.
i’ve received the same email couple months ago and day after I got my EAD and AP combo card.
does anybody have similar experience?

case is active review
nothing else since then

@Emmanuel hhh it could take 1-3 days to update if you don’t see anything check under the document tab you’ll see the notice there. mostly an approval notice

@mash maybe a glitch in their system? it could be an update about your EAD and AP being approved.

whenever you have a notification like this and there’s no updates on your account it means your case have been transferred to a field office. is a good sign

@Emmanuel hhh okay mine updated the next day after the email. under the document tab.. give it sometime and check this afternoon or tomorrow and see

@newcastle united got the same thing may 17 i485 case went to actively reviewed nothing since then so I am also confused as to why they send me a email
