how is everyone experiencing this?

Emma is a serious bitch. I tried to chat with 2 Emma’s and they just disconnect you and tell you nothing.
action can be taken when they transfer it but also when they look at it. keep checking documents for a few days but if Emma said that it might not be anything.

@GeeGee L yup. I’ve only had one decent convo all year when I found out my case transferred. I am convinced as soon as they see my Receipt number they hang up lol. I really only ask a question every 1-3 months. but just never get through so try 10 times in a week.
