“we have taken action on your case” but there’s no change in my cases
I received an e-mail this morning from USCIS saying “we have taken an action on your case” but there is no change to any of my cases. Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea of what it could be? I really got my hopes up thinking my green card had been approved 😔

login to your uscis online account and check in the documents tab.

the same thing happened to me. i got the email saying the same thing and i login to the account, there was nothing changed :( can you please let me know if there is anything new ?

same thing happened to me as well and there no change in my online account. I received 2 email one after another 2 weeks ago nothing. I’m stressed hoping of something good soon

maybe your service center changed, most people dont get any update for that.

the same thing happen to me yesterday morning 5:30am and I was approved by 12pm

I checked the documents and there is nothing new there. I guess I just have to keep waiting

I am wondering if we get this email notification if a physical person was first assigned to our online case?
