I got email last Friday 8/19/2022-
We have taken an action on your case
but when I access my account at USCIS website I don’t see any updates
does anyone experience the same before ?
I have pending 765, 131 and 485 applications

I got this alert during early morning 10 days back, I chatted with Emma, the agent mentioned that I would get a notification about my EAD, turns out it was approved and USCIS website started showing it as approved late in the evening that day. So best is to wait for the website to get updated or try to check with Emma
