We have filed my I-130 in September 2024, and I’m a spouse of USC. We filed from abroad and is currently waiting for an approval and we were wondering when we will get approved roughly☺️

I'm a USC living abroad with my foreign spouse who filed the I-130 in Sept. 2024. No movement on our case yet. Just the receival receipt.

I see. So then why are some cases from September 2024 being approved even though they’re working on November/December 2023 cases now? any idea? 🥺
