I received the approval notification on my phone via the Lawfully App, so I hurried to my computer and go to USCIS website to our case. approval was in docs section!!!

I received the approval notification on my phone via the Lawfully App, so I hurried to my computer and visited the USCIS website to check my case. In the Document section, I found the approval notice that had been posted this morning.
Let me provide you with our timeline:
- We got married on March 8, 2022.
- I made a few trips to see my husband and submitted our application on August 9, 2022.
The status in our accounts indicated that our case was actively being reviewed for 11 months, and no request for additional evidence was made.
Our case initially started at the Texas service center, then it was transferred to Nebraska, and finally, it was approved at Vermont.
Now we are discussing the next steps with our lawyer for my husband to move here. Thank you all for sharing your stories, and we will keep you updated.

@Debbie Amarachi no nothing I just continue looking at this app and compare my stats and then I got the notification from the app and then I ran to the USCIS website and looked at the documents and that’s where I found the approval notice. My case still says pending, but I think it will switch over to approved in a couple of days but I have my approval notification which I’m super excited about and I was able to download it and send it to my husband

@Annie Per in regards to my case it had that it was taking longer then they put a timeline back on it and then I had the second message said it was taking longer so once I got a notification that something changed in my case then my husband was approved for his visa Hope this helps take care.
