We forgot to file my wife's i-751 before the 90 day till it expired, My Wife's Conditional 2 year green card expired on june 3, 2023, but it has been 3 years on January 2023 since we got married.
Can I file citizenship even though her green card is expired?

is it how many years you have been married for or how many years since she became a permanent resident?

you still have to remove the condition first then you can apply for citizenship. remember the 2 years green card is a conditional green card you have to remove the condition. hope this help you.

There are 2 things.
1- You must have to apply for I-751 to remove conditions on her green card (asap in your case). you have to create account on uscis website and fill I-751 there.
Now, she can only apply for N-400 citizenship after a period at least 9 months from the expiration date of the conditional green card.
