We finally got the receipt notice sent to us after 6 months of waiting. The USCIS never put our apartment number on the notice so we didn’t get it. I will say they did give us a prompt response! 😊

similar thing happened to us. applied in June and only got receipt in October after I called the contact center and they realized they had missed it

you were smart not to wait long. they apparently sent out a notice for a biometric appointment that we missed. hubby could care less and didn’t want to call. I yelled at him and told him something isn’t right were callljng today and finding out what happened. this was after numerous letters and emails to the lockbox. the call center was hard to reach an agent for a while.
