thanks guys! I said the same they approved my combo card in 2 months and suddenly 2 weeks later they accepted my case I’m just waiting for my green card to arrive but I’m amused as well 🥳

@Nicolas Ricaurte did your tab changed? mine hasn’t changed from received my 130 my 765 was approved 40 days and my 485 was updated the day they approved 765 saying case actively but no change at all on 130 from revceibed date which is now day 102

this is happening more and more lately. If you look at case tracker you will notice they have start approving cases from every month. What is going on?

@nancy luevano no actually when I recieved my work permit nothing changed in the app it still said they had just received my application for my I-130 until I then got the notification my case was approved and I asked my lawyer and it was just a matter of days for me to recieve my green card it was honestly crazy quick

@don riggs yes we say the same thing we are thankful this happened quick and we didn’t t have issues at all we didn’t even have to go to an interview. Also keep in mind my wife is a citizen and I came in with Visa.
