approved July 2024…..I485 was transferred to NBC along with medicals and no other update

@sweet lins when was your case transferred and did you send your medical with your I-485 or filed separately.

I got approved August 7 2024 i485 was transferred to NBC I received rfe October 15th and USCIS received on November 14th since then nothing

approved Nov 13th and just got RFE yesterday for Medicals. It will go round.

@Mike dz how do you know your case was transferred? I got RFE but didn’t get any notice of transfer. Dora’s it mean my case is still at Vermont?

@bolaji imran I filed separately so I had to wait until my I360 got approved and once that was approved I submitted my I485 in September 2024 along with my medicals. My case got transferred in Nov 2024 to NBC and they applied my old fingerprints to my case. So now just waiting on what will be next.

@Kings Kay its says in the app from Vermont to NBC and the approval notice too

@sweet lins when you filed your I485 did you send in any government issued ID like your passport or driver’s license ?

my vawa was approved july and after 5 months they request medical examen then tomorrow is the big day my interview 🙏🙏🙏🙏

@Dee Grace I file my I485 on September 18 2024. yes I do I s submit a copy of my passport, my drivers license, birth certificate, 2 passport size pictures, marriage licenses and divorce certificate
