on what ground did they deny you? Did they state you can appeal? You’ll have to work with an immigration lawyer . is it your vawa that got denied or your i485?

it’s my form I 360 got denied. From my judgment it’s my lawyer’s fault,.Since September Uscis send a letter to my lawyer and it was never delivered because they changed location.

when did you apply ? if mail not delivered that is the reason you can explain that and appeal it can be solved

due the corona crisis my wawa was denied cause they lost my binder with all my documentation and that’s was the reason in the official notice which was not my fault but at the end of the day i pay the price for somebody else mistake and i did the 290b form for appeal but nothing happened so my lawyer suggested me to re file the whole case again cause i was waiting 3 years and after refilling i waited additional 3.5 years the finish the case

@S S exactly this is so depressing. After all the abuse and challenges I had with my ex , I ask myself when I can have peace of mind.

@F A yes I have a lawyer . I paid a bunch a money and still can’t get any answer from them.

wow ..tye lawyer should call them and let them know of the move they made that cause u not to receive anything, it's since 2009, r u still married to the abuser? ..I would have left forgot about this case and remarried if you found love..it's too long. of a case..
