I did one time during i was waiting for 360 approval, after couple of months, they responded vawa took 36 months to get decision, you have to wait. mine wasn’t successful on that time . recently I did that regarding my delay on 485 . so far nothing cames back from them . last week they asked me to resubmit a new form . which I did just waiting for that . Hope thise information helps you.

@B R ,that belong to lang time ago , now vawa took 40,5 months on their website. By the way, why not do it and try your luck.

my case is currently 43.5 months and was do inquiry about last week then they increased wait time 40 to 40.5 months which change my inquiry date to until september 6 i be waiting until 6 of next month cuz i know if I would do now they be saying im processing normally so

@tired from waitingg : oh my goodness! you’re from December 2020 , you should sue them . I am waiting for couple more months to see what they will do for my 485 , today’s exactly 6 full months what my 360 has been approved. people from March and April got their approval on 485. I did resubmitted my inquiries through the senators and congressman , waiting to see what they ‘ll say about delay .

I still have no work permit or social. I sent in all the information request more than 1 year ago and they did do anything with.
