@Feb13 2021 I contacted total 3 congressmen and 2 senator from Maryland and Virginia. Everybody got same reply that my case is under background check process. I don’t know when it will be solved.

spend 3000-5000 for immigration attorney to sue it !

@Appa Appa no. I mean I didn’t ask them. I should have asked 😣. but I haven’t heard anything yet

@Feb13 2021 i chatted with them yesterday and they said my case is still at NBC 🥲 They said they my case was last review on 4/24 but i didnt get any update or action. And all the cases will be processed at FO. Idk when my case will be sent to FO 🥹
