any biometrics?

asma documents that you can send to prove your marriage . the way I did it , we sent our chat's screen shot, wedding card, wedding pics, some randoms pics, 1 attorney letter. now since I am here back in Canada, we are trying to send more evidence such as call logs, and the insurance I had with my husband when I was there, travel tickets, money transfer etc..

my husband is in US and I am in Canada..

asma no Canada and America are two different countries

u dont need a Visa for that. Canadian can travel to US without the Visa. but u can only stay there for 6 months not more than that.

plus once u r back to Canada and then u apply for your green card, u cant go back untill u get a green card.

that was the biggest mistake we ever did. we were not aware of that. we came to know after we submitted the documents. and now I am waiting.. my case is still under review. patiently waiting

u can have one attorney letter from your family or freind

u can send whatever u have plus the letter..

any of your freind or family suppose to write a letter who have known you for many years, she/he should be stating about how long you guys know each other and if he/she was invited at the wedding and how u and your husband met and writing about your relationship etc. then he/ she has to swear whatever he or she mentioned, it's TRUE. u can Google it too. then letter need to be notarized by lawyer or ups.
