waiver i601
hello I need some information, I hope somebody can help me,I came to USA on visit Visa in November 2012,overstayed and then get married with USA citizen in February 2017,,I applied i130 and i485 together in June 2017,my interview held in December 2017 which they refused because I mentioned In my Visa application that I m married so long story short after I provided lot of evidence they approved my i130 in July 2019 but they didn't approved my i485,for i485 they want me to applied waiver i601 which I did with my lawyer help in November 2020,with evidences and I paid them by cheque which was deposited,after that they sent me receipt with my wrong date of birth on it so I called my lawyer and she mentioned them so they updated online that my date of birth updated, but since December 2020 I didn't hear anything from them I m just waiting with lot of anxiety and depression every single day,I just like don't know what gonna happened next,I wanna know anybody was in that's kind of situation any advice or information will be highly appreciated thanks in advance

@Nasir Tufail Don't understand why they asked for i-601?
601 waivers are taking about 21.5 months to process. Have your lawyers submit an inquiry.

if you are in the USA it's an I601A though. That takes longer
