waived interview
I filed for a green card with my wife in June 2022. so far I have been able to receive my employment authorization, ssn in October. and last month I was asked to do a medical exam which I completed and sent. but since then we haven’t heard anything. Is our case going to be waived for interview? or would we be having interview anytime soon?

they asked me for my medical on april and I haven’t hear back from them :( I just recieved a notification on May 01 that they recieved the response of evidence so lets just keep waiting hopefully we get approved soon :(

Usually the the request for medical means your interview is waived.
