Waived interview
Hi guys, I see so many people saying their interview was waived. Does this happen only if you are applying from the US (I-485) or can it also happen if you're applying from your home country?

yes it's a real new they passed the bill to waive the interview in 2023

I can only find info about them waiving it for non-immigrant visas…
