It really depends, USCIS is complicated! my PD is August 2020 and I have never received any response to date from USCIS. They will only approve my work permit, not even my Travel permit, they will never approve it, it's been 1 and a half years.

@SC JN Yeah as I know it’s domestic traveled and living. But before you move, research it first for sure, I don’t plan to live there so I’m not very sure

@SC JN if your pd is Sep 9, 2021 then, we can't sue USCIS. It's should be before 2021.
