February 2025, fingerprint/foto/ and RFE back in October’ still waiting for EAD’ lawyer say delays are a good sign of approval because denials come very fast. keep praying.

@ @Mr Crab @Tanya john I applied Vawa June 2023 after removal proceedings I ask attorney to apply 485 and ead travel doc then she find an error in category she request usics instead of correction they send me new receipt with new number and new filing date . rfe was moral character we request usics I have two active I 360 files add together and give priority date of 2023 from sep 2025 still waiting for that . my Attorny left that firm new attorney looking my case she submit that . all confusions very stress full situation what i do consult new attorney or continue same firm

you can cinsult with an attorney or you can wait it out until may to see if you going to get any approval on you’re ead/ap @Mk a most people waiting for years and you got a good moral character rfe so they definitely working on yours I also got one and right after they approved my combo card .

June 2023 you still on the right track’ June 23 is not late yet’ you actually in the final stretch.. leave it like that just pray my friend’ VAWA cases are taking around 4 years now so be patient’ probably by the end of the year or early next year you will be approved.. I know is very frustrating situation but all we can do is pray and wait.
