Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Jigar Thanki I know the process is frustrating and it seems they have forgot about a lot of people who filed before 2023, but don’t lose hope. We submitted concurrently my husband application for AOS on 12/09/2022. He received an RFE for Medical and his Birth Certificate on June 28,2023. We were just approved on Tuesday for the EAD. It was a standalone approval for the EAD. No notifications. On Monday I saw that the date the RFE was received for the I-485 changed to Monday date. I found the approval for the EAD under the documents tab on Tuesday.

@David G I only found the immigration aid videos but they make you pay for there package and I think it’s a fraud. can you provide a link?

@mount laurel new jersey he got the package from them. talk to them... they show you files before you pay.
