Waiting or my Medicle RFE
My vawa was approved June 2024 no updates on i485. I have my medicals ready just waiting for rfe to send. can I still send it if they don't ask?

do you know where is your case located?
I think if I were you I would go ahead and send it. I was about to do that, but I got a RFE.
I saw someone here in the app that sent it with their lawyer help and it worked. he got approved with no RFE or interview.

my Vawa got approved on 01st October 2024 then I got the work permit C31 category then I called USCIS to confirm what’s happening with my I-485 they told me my case is at Vermont but I don’t understand why it’s in Vermont it suppose to be in NBC and still I m waiting I applied I-485 0n to 15th October 2021
