you should create a service request because after 60 days they should’ve gotten it done. call or ask emma to why they haven’t responded to your rfe yet.

@J S you should contact your state senator and explain them the situation about them not responding to your RFE. If they reply with the same thing then file Mandamus lawsuit. No other option to receive a decision.
