Oct 2019 still wanting for uscis approval.

Cali is taking 14-18 months on an average these days to approve I-130 is what an attorney told me. I’m waiting since Jan 28th 2021 (my PD)

@Iron Man - I’ve however seen em approve a few 2021 applications so I’m unsure; if mine gets so delayed, I’ll consider suing em

uscis should prioritize family separation cases. we all should come together and sue uscis.
