did your USCIS status officially change to case sent to dept of state? and I think you’re within the normal timeframe but if you Google nvc timeframes it’ll show you where they are with creating new cases

people get there within few days after case has been sent to departed state. @Yaya M yes case has been sent to department of state. and I also thought the time frame for case creation doent affect priority filers like cr1
