waiting for over a year i-130
submitted the i-130 over a year ago … anyone else with the same timeline ?? I know every case is different but I’ve had friends in the same category whose i-130 took 3 months to be approved 😑

submit my dad's 1/19/2022 and didn't hear anything back from them until January 15 2023. then they requested proof that he's my dad. DNA submitted March. petition approved April.

try contacting your state senator it works for me. us citizens applying for parents usually takes only 9-14 months
