Dq July 2022
Added a child changed dq May 2023 and now I’m a citizen updated to IR1. My question is do they drop the child or the stays on the case and which DQ will they use to schedule interview

the child will be automatically dropped and you'll have to file a new i130. your July 2022 dq will be used for your own interview.
