Waiting for decision
Hello, I submitted my EB-2 petition in October-2022, and still waiting for any decision. It's been over 08 months now. Any idea how much more I have to wait or is there any way to expedite the case, apart from Premium Processing?

I am in the same boat. My PD is nov 14th and nothing yet. is your case in Nebraska or Texas? mine is Nebraska. lin239. I’m tired of my bad luck and USCIS no sense for processing the cases.

use the lawfully analysis tool to see your number on the queue. it’s somewhat correct.
