is there any one still waiting for approval I130 potomac center?... I applied October 05 2022 and the only thing I received "is being actively reviewed ".

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

send a message request see what’s going on with your case I’m Potomac pd April 3 2023 consular and 12 months, try to contact ombudsman or congressman
