wait times are longer these days i know before it was 14months. If you are in a hurry then you might go PP if you are current

@Muhammad Mukarram We can simply wait. My group has approximately 500 I-140 cases that have not yet been adjudicated, and mine is included in the group from October, November, and December 2023. The only cases I see progressing are those that upgraded to priority processing. My case is from November 2023, with the reference number IOE-09-231, and I am currently awaiting with normal processing. If you have the resources, you can go for PP to plan ahead quickly in case of an RFE or something else. If not, we can just wait.

My PD was 30 OCT normal processing in Nebraska center, it was approved last month, So I think they are processing petitions that were submitted in beginning of November, Good Luck everyone

Oct 23 - Neb - LIN block . still case has been received. I already sent inquiry due time but obviously we know the answer I’ll receive lol so just keep waiting
