waiting for 16.5 months HELP!!!!

Call or write to Emma and ask for a live agent, tell them how long you have been waiting and that you are worried about your case, I write every day for a week, I received an rfe at 470 days 10 days later I sent it, you are already in time, you have to have an answer, have faith.
